Operations | Special Projects | Turnarounds | Growth
I step in when execution has stalled, trust has broken down, or critical initiatives are at risk.
Leading turnarounds, growth initiatives, client recovery, acquisitions, and special projects. I use facts to figure out what’s actually happening, experience to decide what matters, and then get the right people moving.
Have something messy, important, and real?
Where I’m Useful
Different problems need different operating modes.
The Firefighter
Crisis, recovery, stabilization, and high-pressure execution.
When the stakes are high and things have gone sideways, I get the facts straight, figure out what matters first, and get the room moving again.
The Scout
Expansion, new markets, new capabilities, and special projects.
When the opportunity is real but the path is not, I help build the team, structure, and operating plan that turns it into something real.
The Translator
Alignment across creative, technical, operational, and executive teams.
When capable people are working hard but not from the same reality, I help clarify the real problem, rebuild trust, and get everyone working from the same facts.

How I Work
Facts first. Then judgment. Then movement.
Then I use experience and judgment to decide what matters most, create enough structure for people to move, and get the right people aligned around the next step.
I do not need perfect conditions or perfect information. I need enough truth to make a good decision, enough trust to get people moving, and enough discipline to keep the work from drifting.
About
Producer was the title. Operator is the fuller version of the work.
I started as a producer because that was the title people understood. Over time, the work expanded. The problems people trusted me with were not only production problems anymore. They were trust problems, communication problems, leadership problems, growth problems, client problems, and team problems.
I did not leave production behind. I just stopped treating production as the whole job.
Production taught me how to execute under pressure. Operations is where I learned to apply that same discipline to the whole system.
