Strategic Operations Leader | Turning Complexity Into Execution

I step into high-stakes situations where execution has stalled, trust has broken down, or critical initiatives are at risk.

Leading turnarounds, growth initiatives, client recovery, acquisitions, and special projects. Helping organizations restore alignment and deliver results when they matter most.

Where I’m Useful
Different problems need different operating modes.

The Firefighter
Crisis, recovery, stabilization, and high-pressure execution.

When the stakes are high, things have gone sideways, and leadership needs a steady hand on the ground to stabilize the room and move the work forward.

The Scout
Expansion, new markets, new capabilities, and special projects.

When the opportunity is real, but the path does not exist yet. I help build the operating structure, team rhythm, and execution plan needed to make the opportunity real.

The Translator
Alignment across creative, technical, operational, and executive teams.

When capable people are working hard but not working from the same reality. I help clarify the real problem, rebuild trust, and create enough shared understanding for the team to execute.

How I Work

Calm in the messy middle.

I am often most useful when the deadline is tight, the room is tense, the stakes are high, and people need someone steady enough to find the next right move.

I build trust quickly, identify the real constraint, create enough structure for the work to move, and help capable people execute without adding unnecessary noise.

I do not need perfect conditions. I need a real problem, honest people, and enough access to help make the work executable.

About

Producer was the title. Operator is the fuller version of the work.

I started as a producer because that was the title people understood. Over time, the work expanded. The problems people trusted me with were not only production problems anymore. They were trust problems, communication problems, leadership problems, growth problems, client problems, and team problems.

I did not leave my producer roots behind. I widened the frame.

Producing taught me how to execute under pressure. Operating is how I apply that skill to the whole system.
